The state of Wisconsin has plans to authorise the killing of wild cats.. Apparently there are so many of them they are eating/destroying millions of songbirds.
However.. the idea is that "any cat that does not have a collar and is not under the direct control of its owner can be killed." I mean a cat under direct control of it's owner!? Have any of these guys actually owned a cat?
I think there could be a lot of dead cats there soon.

The state of Florida has recently changed the law so that now if someone "attacks" you on the street, your allowed to kill them. (Previously you were supposed to run away)
Umm, hello!? Ooooo.. he looked at me funny, I consider that a personal attack on me.. bang bang he ain't looking funny at me any longer..
Remind me not to go to Florida.. Oh and while we are at it, apparently you don't need any licence to carry a concealed weapon in Alaska and Vermont as well.
